Due to card scheme regulations, no CBD products can be sold to the US. All cards from the US will be blocked.
Shipping and Handling: For your peace of mind, all orders, except samples, are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. The email will also contain the tracking code for your order, which can be used for tracking purposes.
Dispatch Schedule: We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm on the same day from Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders: If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement according to the designated timescale set by the chosen courier for considering items lost. If your order is damaged, we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information provided by you or if the goods are otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own, we may, at our discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery plus a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you provide us with correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items promptly to avoid redelivery costs.
All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the specified times, please contact us, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery service levels and timescales.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times, we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost until you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched. All international orders are our responsibility until the order tracking shows that the order has arrived in the customer’s country. From that point onwards, it is up to the customs and laws of the customer’s country to determine whether the parcel will be delivered. We are not responsible for any undelivered items detained by customs, as CBD is legal within the United Kingdom and therefore legal to export.
Returns: Once an order has been dispatched, you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product. To cancel or return goods, please contact us via email, quoting your order number.
Please note that if a product has been chosen to be shipped with an ‘untracked’ service, we are not responsible for any product losses or damages.
Warranty: Please refer to the ‘best before’ dates on the product packaging to determine the product’s shelf life. However, we guarantee a minimum of 6 months shelf life from the dispatch date.
